Soft Girl Era: Slowing down, tuning in, and embracing softness
In My 30s EraI didn’t create this space because I have it all figured out—I created it because I don’t.
But what I do have is a little more clarity, a little less chaos, and a lot more curiosity about what this decade has to offer.
Being in my 30s feels like standing in the middle of a rebrand and a homecoming. It’s full of quiet revelations, louder boundaries, soft girl mornings, wild girl weekends, and a constant loop of “what if I just did it anyway?”
This isn’t a blog about having the answers. It’s about asking better questions. It’s about embracing the different versions of yourself that show up in every season—some soft, some spicy, some still figuring it out.
“In My 30s Era” is a collection of thoughts, lessons, little joys, and big feelings. It’s where I write through the mess, the magic, and the moments in between. Whether I’m in my Pilates era, my ‘no’ era, or my checked bags—not baggage—era, this is the place I come back to.
So if you’ve ever felt like you’re outgrowing old versions of yourself while still trying to break in the new ones—same.
If you’re trying to romanticize your routine, build something that feels like you, or simply want to feel seen in the weird, wavy middle of becoming—you’re in the right place. Thanks for being here. Let’s write it out, one era at a time.
